What is the MOQ for wholesale dog harnesses and leashes?

MOQ depends on the harness or leash design, materials and level of customization. Selected existing designs and stock colors may support lower trial quantities, while custom-dyed webbing, jacquard webbing, custom hardware and molded components generally require higher minimum quantities.

For a new project, we recommend confirming the design and customization requirements first so we can provide the appropriate MOQ for each item.

How should I plan the size assortment for a first harness order?

The ideal size mix depends on your target market, breed profile and existing sales data. For first orders, many buyers start with the core sizes rather than committing heavily to every available size.

We can help review the planned size range during sampling, and the assortment can be adjusted in later orders based on actual sell-through data.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Stock and customized samples can be arranged before bulk production. Sample lead time and cost depend on whether you require an existing design or customization such as your logo, webbing color, hardware or retail packaging.

For harnesses, evaluating more than one size can also help identify fit and proportion issues before confirming the full size run.

What materials and hardware are available for custom dog harnesses and leashes?

Common materials include polyester and nylon webbing, air mesh, neoprene padding and Oxford fabrics for heavier-duty designs. Hardware options include POM buckles, zinc-alloy D-rings and snap hooks, as well as aluminum hardware for selected leash designs.

Polyester, nylon, reflective materials and recycled material options can be selected according to the product design, performance requirements, target price and branding needs.

How do you check the quality of dog harnesses and leashes?
