2. Feasibility and Quotation
We review materials, construction, customization level, packaging and order volume. The quotation highlights the main cost drivers so you can compare options before sampling.
3. Sampling
Samples are prepared for size, appearance, function, materials and branding confirmation. Revisions are discussed before the bulk order is released.
4. Production and Quality Control
Production is managed according to the confirmed sample and specifications. Quality checks are agreed according to the product category, materials, order value and buyer’s requirements. Any specific performance test, compliance test or third-party test must be reviewed and confirmed for the individual project.
5. Packaging and Delivery
We confirm unit packaging, master carton details, shipping marks and destination requirements before shipment. Delivery options can include standard export shipping, Amazon FBA preparation and DDP support, primarily for the United States and Europe, depending on the product, order and destination.

What information should I provide for an OEM/ODM quotation?
Please provide the product type, dimensions, materials, reference images or drawings, logo and packaging requirements, estimated quantity, destination and target timeline. A target price range is also helpful.
Can I customize an existing Calfei product?
Yes. Existing designs are usually the fastest route for changing colors, materials, dimensions, branding and packaging while controlling development cost.
Can you develop a completely new product?
New product development can be evaluated from drawings, specifications or reference samples. Tooling, prototype requirements, MOQ and lead time depend on the design and must be confirmed for the project.
What is the MOQ for OEM orders?
MOQ must be confirmed for every project. For some products using standard specifications and available materials, trial quantities may start from around 50 units. This is not a universal MOQ. Fabric, color, dimensions, branding, packaging, molds and production method can all change the required quantity.
How do you protect product quality?
Quality requirements are defined before production and checked against the approved sample and specification. Specific performance, compliance or third-party testing is never assumed and must be confirmed case by case.
